I had an amazing day with Josh yesterday. We've both been working so much lately, that for a while I felt like I wasn't seeing him at all. I work mornings, he works nights, and on weekends, he has all sorts of Army training and weekend drills to attend... we just kept missing each other. So, we both took Monday off, and just spent the whole day together. It was wonderful!

He took me to see Get Smart (we are both huge Steve Carell fans!) which I loved! Then we went Putt Putting, had our daily run in the park, went out for dinner, and then we just sat at home and watched 24 until around midnight. We didn't do a whole lot, but we were together, which is all we wanted in the first place.

I'm really glad we got to spend Monday together, especially since he will be leaving for two months of training at Ft. Knox next Monday :(

I'll miss him tremendously this summer...but I'm thanking God for yesterday! We needed it. :)

So, my handsome fiance' has been in training for over a month now to become a Drill Sergeant. And, no surprise, he's at the top of the class in every category! Yeah, he's amazing. He's doing great, but the downside to this training is that I only get to talk to him for about 20 minutes every other day. Sometimes once every three days.

But it will be worth it in the end.

We have a little over four months until the wedding. So, you lovely readers out there, feel free to give me any and all advice you have. I have so much to do, and I know I'm prolly forgetting a million things! So, help!

Sad news. My adorable puppy passed away two days ago. I've been crying a lot. I was really close to him, so I"m really bummed. The sad thing is that we had three puppies, and all three of them died in the same week.

His name was Dallas. He was also my brother's dog. So pray for him. He's at NYC '07 this week, and he doesn't know yet.
